DATA PROCESSING

The Site ensures the User’s collection and processing of personal information in accordance with privacy laws, particularly Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to information technology, files, and freedoms.

DATA COLLECTION

The website collects user data only when the user submits a message via the site’s contact form. This form requests the user to provide their name and email address so that Smaltis can respond to their inquiry.

In matters of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, the data is kept for 5 years after the end of relations with the Company. Finally, the data may be retained for 10 years after the termination of the contractual relationship to comply with accounting and tax obligations.
